Project: Corporate Identity

For this project, there was the option to choose from three companies to be rebranded. The brief was open to as many applications as possible to include, creating a Corporate Guidelines Manual, Advertisements, Flyers, Exhibition Stands and
so on. From one of the three companies, Virgin was chosen to be redesigned. As Virgin has a selection of branch companies such as Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Media, the company isn't very consistant with its typography and design and uses the signature strip theme as its main identity.

The logo selection is very consistent and clean with no other elements to get in the way and is distinguished using a series of different colours as the mark for the branch companies. The Virgin logo uses the colour red which is its original colour and features a new identity stripe going over the brand name in three layered tones of red. With applications added for the brand, it implicates the feel of what the brand would look like if used. The branding has been applied to its advertising, manuels, livery
and stationery which looks effective to the eye.
